1. How our service works?

Birthstone Jewelry is a subscription based try before you buy jewelry service. For $29.99 (varies based on your subscription program) you’ll receive three pieces of jewelry that are yours to wear on loan for a long as you like! When you're ready to refresh your set, just put your set back in the mail using the reusable envelope it came in, and the prepaid shipping label in your set. When you're ready to refresh your set, unless you decide to purchase an item, please return all three items at the same time. All pieces that you don't wish to purchase must be returned at the same time. For any pieces you'd like to buy, simply keep them! We'll charge your card on file when the rest of your set arrives at our warehouse. Monthly Credit ( $29.99, varies based on your subscription program) is deposited to your Birthstone account on the first of every month, and will be automatically applied to your purchase. This Credit will renew on the first day of each month. You will also earn Rewards Credit (up to 10% of your order price) towards your next purchase. Both Monthly Credit and Birthstone Bucks can only be used towards purchasing, and cannot be used toward membership fees. Also as Birthstone Jewelry Box member, you get exclusive access to our limited edition collection. 2. How many packs can I receive per month?

Members who are subscribed to our once a month membership plans, will receive one pack per month. Members subscribed to our unlimited membership plans, typically enjoy 2-3 packs per month.

3.How do I purchase pieces from my Birthstone set?

This is one of the best parts of being a Birthstone Jewelry Box Member! It's so easy to purchase jewelry out of your Birthstone Jewelry set - just keep the item or items you want to buy and send back the remaining items using the reusable envelope and pre-paid return shipping label that came in your set. If you decide to keep all three pieces, there's no need to return the box! Unless you're purchasing an item, please return all 3 items at once. Any items missing from your return shipment we will assume you wish to purchase and your credit/debit card on file will be charged. You can also purchase an item immediately by logging onto your Birthstone account and clicking the subscription button.

4. How long can I keep my Birthstone set?

It's totally up to you! You can keep your set for as long as you like, or you can return your set as often as you'd like; you'll be billed the same monthly rate either way.

5.What happens after my profile is completed?

Our Stylists will do their best to match items that fit the choices that you made on your Style Profile We will send you an email as soon as your first Birthstone Set ships (and we'll also give you a tracking number in that email, too).

6. Can I keep the piece(s) I like and return what I don't without being charged?

When you are sending back pieces for a refresh, you must return all 3 items unless you wish to make a purchase.

7. What happens after I purchase my entire set?

If you decide to purchase your entire set, you would have to login your birthstone and click “Purchase All 3” under the “subscription”button ( also get $10 off discount), so we know we should start prepare your next set.” If you are Unlimited we'll begin working on a new set for you right away. If you are a Monthly subscriber will get ready your pack for your next month.

1. Can I purchase jewelry from my Birthstone set?

Absolutely! This is one of the best parts of being a Birthstone Member! It's so easy to purchase jewelry out of your Birthstone set - just keep the item or items you want to buy and send back the remaining items using the reusable envelope and pre-paid return shipping label that came in your set. If you decide to keep all three pieces, there's no need to return the box! Just log into your account and purchase the pieces from your profile. We’ll automatically charge your credit card on file for any jewelry you've decided to purchase, and your Monthly Credit and Birthstone Bucks will automatically be applied to any in-set purchases.

2. What If I like one of the pieces in the box but I would like it in a different Birthstone? Like for example, I received one piece with emerald but I would like it in sapphire.

We are thrilled to hear that you loved our product! Although we do our best to send you the stone according to your profile and healing needs at that time, you can type the product name in the search bar, like “Anna” and all the stones available for this set will show. Just pick the stone you want. If you forget the stone name don’t worry, you can easily find the product name by logging into your Account and click on “ Set and Purchase History” button, all products we have sent you so far or you have purchased will show there. Monthly credit and Birthstone Bucks will be available toward this purchase.

3. How are prices for each piece of jewelry determined?

Our prices are very competitive compare to other brands. We have our own artisans. When you spend $$$ with others, you can find it’s $$ with us, and with the monthly and rewards credit, you can easily purchase it at $. Yes, instead of marking the jewelry at a higher price and spend a lot of money on advertisement, we rather offer best value to our customer and maintain a longer relationship with them.

4. What if I accidentally damage or break a piece of jewelry?

Don't worry - it happens! Your membership fee covers normal wear for all products. If there’s a slight damage or wear, this is fully covered! Please note that excessive damage and lost is not covered, and any damage will be evaluated when the item is returned to our warehouse. If you have any damage or loss issues, please email us at hello@birthstonejewelrybox.com, we are always here to help.

5. Can I purchase items from previous Birthstone sets?

We understand that sometimes you just can't get that last love out of your head! You can easily purchase them by logging Into your Birthstone account, click the “Set and Order History”, find the one you love and purchase it, your available monthly and Rewards credit would apply automatically as always.

6. Can I return or exchange items that I've purchased from Birthstone?

All purchases from Birthstone are final sale - the benefit of Birthstone Jewelry Box is that you get to try before you buy!

7. What If I need to resize a ring or one of my stones has fallen from items that I purchased?

Life sometimes can be annoying but, don’t worry! Our products have a lifetime warranty. Just contact us at hello@birthstonejewelrybox.com and our customer service will help you out.

8. What should I do if one of my pieces arrived damaged or broken?

While we inspect each piece of jewelry before it leaves our warehouse, we can't always ensure that travel will treat your pieces kindly. If you receive a damaged piece, please email us at hello@birthstonejewelrybox.com. We are always here to help.

9. Is the jewelry sanitized?

Absolutely! We will make sure all of our jewelry is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized each and every time it is sent out.

1. When will my first box arrive?

As soon as we receive your payment we will start working on your pack! Within 3 days we ship your box. You will receive an email with the tracking info.

2. How do I return my Birthstone set?

We all hate to wait in line at the post office, so we made it super easy to return your Birthstone! Whenever you're ready to refresh your set, simply: • Put only the items that you don't wish to purchase in your Birthstone. • Place your Birthstone in the reusable envelope it came in, apply the pre-paid return label that's included inside your box, and drop it into your mailbox or other USPS drop-off location. • Make sure to leave feedback on your feedback page to get $5 Store Credit! • As soon as we see return, we'll get started putting together your next set!

3. What if I misplace/lose my return label or envelope?

Not to worry! If you need a return shipping label to replace a lost one, you can print out a replacement label on your Birthstone account, you can easily print out the return label by clicking “Set and Order History” and find the “reprint return label” option. If you have lost or misplaced the reusable envelope, you can place your Birthstone with the pieces you do not want to purchase in any envelope or box in which it will fit. Then just tape the return shipping label onto the package and drop it in the mail or at a USPS drop-off location.

4. What are my delivery options?

We currently ship with USPS. Your Birthstone will be delivered right to your door or mailbox with a tracking number, and will NOT require a signature!

5. Do you deliver outside the United States?

So sorry! We currently only ship to the United States and its territories.

6. How do I change my shipping address?

The best way to change your shipping address is to log into your account and make the change on your profile page. This will ensure that your next Birthstone is sent to the correct address!

7. Is a signature required for delivery?

Nope! A signature is not required for delivery, which allows you to receive your Birthstone set anytime. If you do have a lost or missing delivery, please email us at hello@birthstonejewelrybox.com, we are help to help.

8. How much does shipping cost?

It's free! Shipping both ways with tracking is included with your Birthstone Membership.

1. Where do I enter my referral/promo code?

Your referral/promo code is entered in the last step of the signup process, on the same page where you'll enter your billing information. To redeem your code, complete the signup process by taking the style survey and entering your shipping information. Once you arrive at the billing page, you'll see a place to enter your code just above the "Activate Account" button. Once you enter the code, click the "Activate Account" button, and your code will be automatically applied!

2. How does the Referral Program work?

For every friend you refer who becomes a Birthstone Member, we'll credit your account with 250 Birthstone Bucks (worth $25 ) to spend on in-box purchases! In addition, your friend will receive her first month of membership free! Just make sure to give your friends your unique URL or promo code when you invite them to Birthstone. The 250 Birthstone Bucks will appear in your account once your friend's first box has shipped! Please note: Referral Credits are capped at five (5) referred friends per calendar month.

3. How does the Birthstone Bucks works?

You can accumulate rewards and points with your purchases, refer friend and leave feedback! 1) When you make a purchase, $1 Spend =1 Birthstone Buck. 2) 250 Birthstone Bucks for referring a friend ( worth $25 ) 3) 50 Birthstone Bucks for leaving feedback ( worth $5 ) Here is our Birthstone Bucks (linked to our Rewards Program section) explained and made easy for you to understand it ;) *Please note that. 1. What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel or put your Birthstone membership on hold at any time! Please note that you must return your Birthstone set to finalize your cancellation. If we don’t receive tracking information on your return shipment before your next billing date, you will be charged on your regular billing date every month until it is received. If you received your Birthstone Membership as a gift, we assume that you want to cancel upon the expiration of your gift. You must return your box within 7 days of the expiration of your Gift Subscription or your account may be charged for the pieces that were sent to you. Please note that by canceling, you are waiving your current membership status, rewards credit accumulated and current rate of your monthly membership fee. If you activate your Birthstone subscription at a later date, the membership fee may increase due to material and labor cost increase.

2. How do I cancel my account?

You may cancel your membership at any time by e-mailing us to hello@birthstonejewelrybox.com, somebody from our team will contact you right away! Please note that you must return your Birthstone set to finalize your cancellation. If we don’t receive tracking information on your return shipment before your next billing date, you will be charged on your regular billing date every month until it is received. Please note that by canceling, you are waiving your current membership status, rewards credit accumulated and current rate of your monthly membership fee. If you activate your Birthstone subscription at a later date, the membership fee may no longer be the same.

3. Can I put my account on hold?

In order to place your Birthstone membership status on hold, please go to your “account”, under profile you would see a “Hold account” option. Putting your account on hold allows you to maintain the following benefits of your membership for the length of your hold: - Maintains the current rate of your monthly membership fee. If you activate your Birthstone subscription at a later date, your monthly membership fee will remain the same. - Your Reward Credit remains in your account, and can be used on a purchase from your box once the hold is lifted. Don't forget, if you currently have a set in your possession or one that is on the way to you, your hold will not take effect until we show that set is on it's way back to us. We do this by verifying the return label for your last Birthstone set has been scanned in by the USPS.

4. How does a hold work?

We offer the option to place your account on hold for 3 months. While your account is on hold, we will not send you another box or charge you for the monthly subscription fee. Normal subscription service will resume once your hold is lifted. If you wish to lift your hold earlier than scheduled, simply log into your account and click the ACTIVE button on the profile page.

5. When is my Birthstone membership renewal date?

As a member, the renewal date is the day you're billed each month. For example, if we first billed you on February 4, your renewal date is the 4th of each month. We will bill you for another month of service every 4th day of the month. 6. What happens when my gift membership expires? Do I need to formally cancel my membership if I choose not to continue? Your gift membership will expire automatically and will not roll over into a paid membership. You will not be charged unless you become a paid member. We'd love to have you continue as a member, but we would prefer to leave that up to you! Send an email to hello@birthstonejewelrybox.com at the end of your gift membership (we'll send you an expiration reminder!), and let us know if you'd like to continue the journey with us.

7. Once my gift membership expires, all I have to do is send my last box back?

If you don't intend to purchase a Recurring Subscription membership when the Gift Subscription ends, you must return your Products within 7 days of the expiration of your Gift Subscription membership or we will charge your account for the Products that have been sent to you. Simply, drop it in any blue mailbox with the shipping materials provided. If you've misplaced your packing slip or envelope, you can print another packing slip from your account page, “Set and Purchase History", and then click shipping label. Print and tape to any small cardboard box or envelope that your Birthstone will fit in! Thank you so much for being a part of our community

8. What happens to my account and Referral Credit when I cancel?

Your account is not deleted and you can still sign in to Birthstone. However, all credit on your account will expire upon cancelation.

10. What forms of payment do you accept?

Birthstone accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card, and PayPal. We do not accept pre-paid or pre-loaded cards, personal check or travelers checks of any kind.

1. How can I send a gift to my friend?

Simple click the GIFT on the top banner, you can choose to send them 3 month, 6 months or 12 months membership by mail or email.

2. What is the refund and cancelation policy for gifts?

You can cancel a gift subscription, but the pre-paid fee is non-refundable. Gift memberships are not eligible for membership holds. If you are a new member redeeming a gift, your membership will end on the last date of your gift membership, and will not automatically renew. If you are a current member redeeming a gift subscription, your regular monthly membership will resume at the end of the gift subscription.
